Prof. Claudia Felser is Director at the Max Planck Institute for Chemical Physics of Solids in Dresden, Germany. She is internationally renowned for her pioneering work in the design and discovery of novel quantum materials, including topological insulators, Weyl semimetals, and materials for energy conversion technologies. Her research bridges fundamental solid-state physics with materials chemistry, with significant impact on quantum technology.

Her approach integrates theoretical prediction, materials synthesis, and experimental validation of quantum phenomena.
