François PICHAULT, Phd in sociology, is full professor at HEC-Liège, University of Liège (Belgium). He chairs, at the University of Liège, a research centre (LENTIC) focused on human and organizational aspects of change processes and new work arrangements on the labour market (see www.lentic.be). He is also associated professor at the University of Paris-Dauphine. He authored or co-authored 20 books, 80 book chapters, more than 75 papers in peer-reviewed journals. The LENTIC’s team (20 research fellows) works in close cooperation with public and private companies experiencing various categories of change processes.
