The European Academy of Sciences (EurASc), in partnership with the Publishing House of Electronics Industry (PHEI) — a leading publisher in China specialising in electronics, engineering, computer science, and related fields — is pleased to announce a continuous open call for high-quality book proposals and innovative knowledge service concepts.
Launched under the auspices of EurASc, this initiative seeks to foster international collaboration in scientific publishing, accelerate the global exchange of knowledge, and enhance the visibility of European scientific excellence among researchers, engineers, educators, and professionals worldwide.
The collaboration between EurASc and PHEI aims to strengthen the global dialogue between European and Chinese scientific communities, supporting technological innovation, industrial growth, and academic–cultural exchange.
Submission Areas
The call welcomes proposals covering the publishing scope of PHEI and aligned with EurASc’s scientific mission. Key fields of interest include:
New-generation information technologies (AI, Big Data, IoT, Quantum Computing, 5G/6G).
Electronics and Engineering (Microelectronics, Optoelectronics, Power Electronics).
Industrial Technology & Manufacturing (Robotics, Smart Manufacturing, New Materials).
Cybersecurity & Digital Economy.
Scientific Biographies and Science Humanities — especially autobiographies, memoirs, and interviews with leading scientists such as Nobel Laureates, Fields Medalists, and Turing Award winners.
Interdisciplinary and emerging areas including Bioelectronics, Medical Robotics, and Green Technologies.
Knowledge Service Products — such as digital courses, databases, and interactive learning tools.
Submission Process
Applicants are invited to submit a Book Proposal Form (in English) outlining the title, synopsis, chapter structure, target audience, and key features of their proposal.Submissions should be emailed directly to internationalsubmission@phei.com.cn with the subject line:“Proposal – [Your Name] – [Proposed Title]”.
Publication Support
All submitted proposals will undergo expert review by PHEI.Accepted projects will be included in PHEI’s key publishing plan and receive full editorial, production, and international promotion support.Outstanding works — particularly scientific biographies — will benefit from additional visibility through the EurASc communication platforms and global network.
