Registrations | EurASc Annual Symposium & Ceremony 2025
Registration is now OPEN for the EurASc 2025 Symposium and Annual Ceremony, to be held at CERN, Geneva, on 17–18 December 2025.
All participants — including EurASc Fellows, newly elected members, invited speakers, students, and accompanying guests — must register via the official CERN platform:

- Cancellation Deadline (with reimbursement): 1 November 2025

✅ The registration fee includes:
- Access to all scientific sessions
- Coffee breaks and welcome reception
- Two conference lunches
👥 The Accompanying Person fee includes the welcome reception and lunches, but not access to scientific sessions.
📌 Access to CERN
As part of the registration process, all participants must also complete a CERN site access form, required under CERN’s security policy.
This form is embedded in the registration and grants access to the CERN campus from 16 December (16:00) to 18 December (19:00).
💰 Payment Information
Payment can be made by credit card, bank transfer, or CERN internal transfer (TID).
